Life Coaching one-on-one – Life coaching is a pathway that assists people in moving toward unrealized goals. It can help clients to put shape to dreams and ideas from ambiguous notions or help a client move toward a very clear goal that hasn’t been manifested due to competing priorities. The coach’s role is to facilitate outcomes by eliciting clarity, motivation, and action from the client. The coach holds the space for belief in the vision of the client, and helps him/her get there by advancing agreed upon action steps and maintaining accountability for them. The client’s role, it to have an idea of the direction he/she wants to move, a readiness to take action, and a willingness to dig deep within themselves for answers.
