What is a Program Volunteer?

A program volunteer is any volunteer who offers his/her services at a program or administrative level on a continuing basis, including volunteers who are completing community service hours. It does not apply to policy volunteers or campaign volunteers, or others who may assist on a one-time only basis in activities such as Healthy Kids Day.
