->Body Composition Analysis

This program is designed to help you establish and identify your body fat percentages vs. your lean body mass. A YMCA Fitness Specialist will conduct a caliper test and evaluate seven different sites of the body. The idea is to establish a starting point to better track your progress throughout your fitness program. The test is recommended for all members over the age of 18 who want to alter their body composition. We invite and encourage all members who have not had a body composition analysis to register for one today.

->Personal Training

Our personal training program is individualized and specifically tailored to your needs. Our certified trainers will guide you through a customized program, which will get you the results you need in the fastest and most effective way possible. You will be instructed in all components necessary to alter body composition, the use of proper bio-mechanics, anatomy, physiology, proper nutrition and much more.
For more information please stop by our member service center.

->Weight Training for Women (WTFW)
